Terms & Conditions
Introduction
Welcome to Aid Media. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the video marketing, production, creative, and related services provided by Aid Media. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Our services
Aid Media provides video marketing and creative services, which may include video production, video editing, social media content, promotional videos, advertising content, creative strategy, and related digital marketing services.
The specific scope of services, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be agreed upon with the client before work begins.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, necessary materials, brand assets, approvals, and feedback required to complete a project.
Delays in providing required materials, information, or approvals may affect project timelines and delivery dates.
Project scope & revisions
Each project will be completed according to the agreed scope of work.
Any requests that fall outside the original project scope may require additional fees or an updated timeline.
The number of included revisions, where applicable, will be agreed upon before or during the project. Additional revisions may be subject to additional charges.
Payments & fees
All project fees, payment schedules, deposits, and applicable charges will be communicated to the client before work begins.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work may begin after the required deposit or initial payment has been received.
Late or unpaid payments may result in delays, suspension of services, or withholding of final deliverables.
Delivery & approvals
Aid Media will make reasonable efforts to deliver projects according to the agreed timeline.
Final deliverables may be provided after the client has completed the required approvals and fulfilled applicable payment obligations.
Once a final deliverable has been approved, additional changes may be treated as a new service or revision request.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Aid Media retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, creative processes, templates, concepts, and production resources.
Upon full payment, the client will receive the agreed rights to the final project deliverables specified in the project agreement.
Third-party materials, including music, stock footage, fonts, images, software, or other licensed assets, may remain subject to their respective licensing terms.
Portfolio & promotional use
Unless a client specifically requests otherwise in writing, Aid Media may display completed work, selected project materials, or general project information in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, or other promotional materials.
Confidential or unreleased materials will not be publicly shared where the client has requested confidentiality in writing.

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as social media networks, advertising platforms, hosting services, analytics tools, cloud storage providers, or other software.
Aid Media is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, policies, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms.
